Widnes Wild Academy fell to a 2-5 defeat away against Solihull Junior Barons D2, unable to find their rhythm on the night. Finding themselves behind early after a 1-2 first period, the team battled hard but couldn't find a way back into the contest. Caleb Eddleston and Ollie Cliffe were both on target, finding the net once each to share the goalscoring duties. Noah Marfleet and Ethan Liversage provided the assists, linking up well with the forwards. The team will be looking to bounce back strongly in their next outing.
